Stila Smudge Pots are waterproof, but are difficult to get "right" and require a brush.
Smashbox cream eyeliners are easier than Smudge Pots to apply (and remove), but require a brush too.
Make Up For Ever makes a water proof pencil, called a "Stayput Liner" and also a "Pearly Waterproof Pencil"
Christian Dior makes a water proof pencil, which I love! I've had mine since January, and it's just now getting to "replacement time".
My friend Traci SWEARS by her CHANEL Aqua Crayon, and it's self sharpening, which is handy.

Anything that's waterproof & anything high end, but I use eyeshadow with a fine liner brush & that lasts a whole lot longer and better too than a pencil. What else works good is using a hard eyeliner (not kohl) & then going over the top with a liquid liner, that sets it real good. Hope that helps you.

I live in Texas- and Maybelline has a Cool Effects eyeliner- its a thick pencil but you can do very thin lines with it- I can wear it all day in the nasty heat and no big deal ;) its only like six bucks, and has tons of different colors to choose from!

MAC Powerpoint. Also to make your it last even longer apply eyeshadow the same shade as the eyeliner;over the eyeliner to seal it and make it last.

MAC has great eye liners that don't fade. I wear them clubbing, playing hockey, etc. and they stay!!! Also Make Up Forever is a great eyeliner!!!!

glimmersticks by Avon or Sleek Lines By avon both are great for not smudging or fading. Depending on whether you like penicl eyeliner or liquid, these are your best picks.

M.A.C waterproof eyeliner in engraved, once you apply it , it stays on until you remove and it doesn't smudge. It works really well, but it's a little pricy, it's about 14 dollars

Clinque "Quickliners" they are the best and come in so many different colors!!
my favorite color is Plum! and i believe that the liner lasts for 12 hours!

Avon Glimmersticks Waterproof. They are inexpensive and last for days.
