I would think any brand of a light bronzer would make you look like you have a natural tan..........a powder one. Also brush it lightly on your arms chest and neck to blend it in.

Firstly, I commend you for your decision not to bake in the Sun like a bronze-crazed bimbo. Skin cancer has quadrupled in the last ten years and has become one of the leading causes of death among young women in the 18-25 age range. If that's not enough to scare you away, study the faces of the over 40 tanning beachbunnies and that should do the trick quite nicely.

We are blessed to live in an age where shade made Tans are an incredible way to approximate a suntan. You'll want to start off with a self-tanning lotion and a suitable powder bronzer of choice and - this being the key - toss out the brush included and substitute an excellent, big, soft makeup brush. The brush is really key to getting a perfect application.

Ms. Teaks personal formula includes beginning with exfoliation. She likes to use her own concoction of sugar, olive oil and coffee grounds. Scrub your skin well in the shower and rinse. This will ensure a smooth application and make the tanner last longer.

You will then want to slather on one of those endless sunless tanners - and they are all about equal in quality. Make certain that the tanner is absorbed into the skin - any streaks of unblended tanner will definitely show up after a few hours. After your skin is thoroughly dry, you can dress as normal.

Repeat the application then after every shower until you are golden and gleaming. Ms. Teak then uses all of her regular cosmetics but makes sure to brush on the bronzer as a final step and notes that everyone always compliments her on her gorgeous tan.

Made in the shade,
Ms. Teak

Tan! If you just use darker makeup on your face it will look silly. Im in Kansas too and tan all the time. You dont have to have a beach persay. Or WalMart sells sunless face tanner.

You should try bare minerals...you get 2 shades of foundation and and a kind of tint called warmth that adds a nice tint of color and a glow to your face. Theres also this new thing out....I think it's oil of olay skin bronzer lotion or something like that.

Okay, bronzers are in fashion, but you need to find a light bronzer that does not look fake on you. Try the light bronzer from Physician Formulas.

Just go to the beach for a week or so, and be careful not to get burnt, so put on some suntan lotion (not sunblock). It protects, but it also tans nicely.
