The molecules in the water are in motion and as the move some of them move into the air and this is called evaporation. The water will evaporate into the air until the air is as it can be at whatever the temperature is. When the saturation is greater than the air can hold, condensation forms.

Molecules in the air hit the surface of water. They lose some energy to the water molecules. Water molecules gain that energy to get free (evaporate).

it evaporates it into the air. which will then be made into presipitation. which will fall. and will go into a lake river streem etc. or it will go into ground water. don't you pay attention in science class?
