He's one of the original members of the Village People, but he ran out of money after YMCA, and had to get odd-job work, pretending to be a cartoon of his former self. The Neil Morrisey voiceover is just a cunning ruse, so no-one recognises him!

But I''d have to agree with some of the others that he does a little bit of everything and nothing. I mean, we could say he is a builder, but his machines do everything.... except the carpenting. And judged by the hammer and the screwdriver on his belt.... Maybe he's just a carpenter.. cursed to work with annoying talking machines inside a world for little children an with an toy wife....
Boy do I pity that guy...

He hasn't got one.If you actually watch,his machines and Wendy do all his work. He's just a lazy bossy bloke that never gets his clothes dirty

I think that since he does a little bit of everything, you couldn't classify him in any particular category(ie. carpenter, mason, etc.) I think you would just have to say that he is a general contractor
