HIs girlfriend married a few months breaking up with him .to some wealthy Italian guy .jeffrey had won the case to close the restaurant .I heard he is still writting cookbooks and making guest appearances on radio

Due to the fact he was only enjoying his celebrity his restaurant ended up in failure .
If you can remeber on one of the shows it showed that he also ran union pacific (it closed as well ) he stepped down from running that .and back in july 2004 a court alos banned rocco from the kitchen of rocco's restaurnat .

His restaurant was shut down last summer, it was a total failure! He's been on HSN though selling his mama's meatballs & Red Pots & Pans...
