Actually in todays world where the money coming into the house needs to be at least 2 incomes worth a multi wife family makes perfect sense. One lady works outside the home and the other takes care of home and family. Wow no more latchkey kids.
Lastly most men will eventually step out on their wife sometime in a marriage, with 2 wives he would have less reason and more inclinations to keep it at home.
Last but not least the women would have each other for support and assistance when the problems like illness, pregnancy etc. are in play.

Well, it may be that at church activities there are five times as many women than men, and at sports activities there are five times as many men than women, but really, I believe the ratio is pretty darn close to 1:1, and 1:1.06 at birth (men are the 1.06). Are you looking at numbers in countries that have been through war? Are you considering all women who are widows - because after all in general men die younger than women - or what? I think there's someone for everyone, and if you don't get someone the first time around, if you are worthy it will get worked out eventually. Have a happy day.

No they are not falling back. Men are! They see a woman getting on better than they, they abuse, to stop their own insecurities. We all know women are much more capable, but if we show it the poor man, gets alarmed oh oh. Many thousands of years ago, it was women who controled their family, men were just worker and breeders. Although they were loved, they were not satisfied, they said, we work, we are stronger than women, why should we do as we are told. Supression began (Godess forgot to give women equal stenght, therefoe suffered and became a god). Women who chose to stay in an abusive relationship, are to be blamed themselves, because they will get beaten up or kill by MEN if they protest againt abuse. Who is going to help them from getting beaten up everyday, and if she run, who is going to feed and cloth her or give job to her or a place to stay! So they take it until they can, and then they either die, waiting, or kill the abuser. Men have as much an onus in making women subservient, cause they are week, and can not stand up to a BIG STRONG MAN, so they have to do what they are told to do.else they will be beaten, raped, kicked out of the house, killed. Females get kill before they are even born, cause a son is more important. It's not the women who are forgetting their history, they are just always kicked down, whenever they try to climb up, just because the MAN is scared of haveing some woman telling them what to do.

There's definitely more women, but not as much as 5 times. There's more women cuz men die earlier. More than one wife...please, some guys can't even keep one!

well it doesnt really matter because we were meant to be fruitful and most men arent faithful while most women have low self esteem and lower themselves to get pregnant by other womens husbands so I guess it has gone the way God intended.
