From what I hear it is supposed to be 100 pounds for every 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch. So your ideal weight should be 125 pounds, I would say somewhere between 125-135, I am 5'2 and weigh 138 pounds and I am not overweight, I am in good physical condition everything is tight and my stomach is flat. So I really don't believe in that crap, but that is something I heard on E! I would say don't set a goal as to how much weight to lose. Keep track of how much you lose, but set a goal as to what you want to look like.

It depends what your frame is.
Depending on your bone size (you can tell by the wize of your wrist and the width and circumference of the bone there) how much you should way.
For average, take 100 pounds for a woman that is 5'0 and then add five pounds per inch, so about 125 pounds. That's for small to average bone size. Think... the Olsen twins bone size. However if you've got a bigger bone size, then you'd need more weight on you since the weight of your bones throws off the count... or if you're an amputee or something.

You should aim on losing about 30 pounds but if not you should be fine if you keep your weight stable judging from the height you should weigh like 120 to 145 I think

Lose as much as you feel comfortable with. You don't want to lose so much that you look sickly. If you pay attention to what you eat and exercise daily, you'll drop pounds. I know i weigh about 175 and that's after losing about 20lbs. I have about 30 more to go. It's hard work if you have the will power you'll do fine

You should weigh between 130-150 lbs. Therefore, you should lose about 20-40 lbs to be healthy.
