Have you ever driven across the USA?

I have 4 times.

I have driven the entire length of Interstate 10 from end to end. In florida, I-10 simple merges with I-95 in Jacksonville and in California it becomes I believe Highway 1 in L.A. and heads along the coast line.

The worst part is the 900 miles through Texas! Back in the days before satellite there are no radio stations between San Antonio and almost El Paso so I had to listen to my 5 year olds Barney tapes just to stay awake. Oh, I did have an Elvis christmas cassette. Of course it was in the middle of July!

Not all at one time. I've driven all directions but at different times. In fact, I'm planning to drive down the coast of Washington state and California down to mexico

I've done it 3 times all leaving from Southern California.

Once to Florida on the 4th grade - 6 people inlcuding a baby in a blazer - UGH!

Once to Washington DC/NY with same family in the 6th grade - Car broke down 3x on the way back and we hit two deer in Colorado - DOUBLE UGH!

And the last time with my college roommate to move her back to Atlanta. Took 32 hours - we flew!!!

i have about 4 times, and then back and forth from one state to another about 10. and there about a few thousand miles away from each other.

my sister has went to Florida 2 times and both times she drove and she said she hated the drive but Florida was great

Yes, in 47hrs straight. It was much better when I took my time and did it in 4 days.

Back in the 60's,I hitch-hiked all the way across America. I had a blast!!!!!!!!!
