I have seen people wear eyeliner on their upper lid (on top) and some people wear it on their lower lid. Where is the right place to put eyeliner on?

Both or either, some people look better with eyeliner on both eyelids, others with some on the top , others with only their lower lashes lined... Some look better when they draw the same shape of their eye , some do when they only line half of they're eyelids. Find your shape!

Some people wear it on both the upper and lower lid. Gennerally, it's applied only to the upper lid, but it really depends on what look you're going for.

Eyeliner is applied to top and bottom lids. The top lid is darker and a little fuller. The bottom lid is very thin and lighter, if done right it will make the bottom lashes have more depth.

Both is okay, but I usually just do the lower lid because widens up the eye more

it can go on both places but i prefer the top lid

Well... you can wear eyeliner on top and bottom or just top or just bottom... there are a lot of colors too... but i see most people wear black. Hope that helps!

if ur eyes r not wide put on the top but if they r wide put in the lower lid.

it depends on what look you are going for. if you want your eyes to look brighter only wear eyeliner on the top, but wearing the right amount and color on top and on the bottom makes your eyes look smokey (kinda sexy like you know?) and when you wear it on just the bottom it makes your eyes look smaller.

on the upper lid i learned my lesson wen u cry an u had put it on the bottom u no wat happens sometimes i put it mostly on top baby blue r brownish gold the bottom black hardly i do wear mascara
