Basically disappointments. Failure when victory was expected, leaders making promises they can't deliver, too many little things piling up to make a bad situation miserable. Whatever can break a team's spirit and trust in one another.

Many things-opression, mean spirited people squashing you like a bug, bad news about your company going under, lots of things.
I don't think we suffer the "low morale syndrome" alone, but collectively, as a group....
