yes of course i do all the time, i mix it in the oatmeal and the rice cereal i just heat milk first with boiling water, it is not good to heat in microwave can kill the antibodies in the milk. i would defrost milk in refrigerator first also. good luck.

Absolutely, just follow the normal guidelines for storing and using expressed breastmilk. Don't beat yourself up about it though. I thought that when I started my daughter on cereal I had to pump milk to mix it with, but she really likes it better mixed with water. The small amount they would get eating it in the food doesn't make that much of a difference.

Yup...you can freeze breastmilk for 6 months...it is just fine to get it out of the freezer...I talked to the Dr too, and he said if you want you can mix it with just plain water (it was difficult for me to pump every day just for a bit to mix in cereal!) good luck!

Absolutely. Why would you think not? Or you can just use plain water to make oatmeal. But if your baby is old enough for solid foods, you don't *need* to smash vegetables. Just give her/him small pieces (cooked or grated for *hard* vegetables to avoid a choking hazard).

Yes of course, just make sure the milk is not warmed in the microwave. Put it in boiling water until it is thawed and a little warm...or allow it to defrost in the fridge overnight

I make my own toddler food and that is totally much less high priced and lots easier than what you may think of! I cook dinner a bag of frozen greens or peeled & sliced end result- placed them in my magic bullet, puree them and then placed the combination in ice cube trays and freeze it. Then I placed the cubes in freezer luggage, so i'm able to easily grab as many cubes as i prefer and microwave them for a minute. For meats I bake them in tin foil , placed the beef interior the magic bullet, upload as lots water as i prefer and puree it to the consistancy that i prefer. My daughter is 8 months previous now and bascially eats all table food, I feed her precisely what we are eating yet I in simple terms cube it up somewhat small. stable success!

Yes. Just don't store the food if the baby doesn't eat it all. Breastmilk breaks down really fast. Small containers for storage is wise so you don't waist as much.
