It could be several things. Testicular cancer, a cyst, a calcium deposit, hard tissue (if you were injured there), a blockage of your Vas Deferins...I could keep going. See a doctor to make sure as soon as you can. Don't be embarrassed.

It isn't genital warts, those are found on the skin, not in the scrotom. I'm not sure how old you are but it could be testicular cancer (which tends to affect yound men) and you need to have it evaluated very soon.

Well Tinytoot it could be anything from cancer to a cluster of blood vesicles, to a infection. Go get it checked out.

It could be a varicocele. That is a vein or a vessle? that is harmless. Get it checked out, they can do an ultrasound and find out right away.

Possibily a cyst or pimple (simplest case). Syphilis chancre ? (not good) I would consider checking with a doctor...
