Whats was your feeling when it was your first day at college or university? Were you nervous, excited, or something else? Are the professors in college in university are more strict than highschool? Was it easy for you in your first week in college or university? Did you get the feeling that you want to skip the first day of college or university? And do you have to deal with professors who you don't like but you have to?

College is actually kind of easier than High School. (Depending on the school), teachers don't really care too much if you skip, there's no homework, only a couple papers and/or exams a semester. But in a way, it's a bad thing because if you screw up on one thing, it can affect your grade so much. The teachers are also a lot cooler in ways. Just make sure they know who you are, especially in big classes where there's 100s of kids in one class. Ask for help whenever you need it, talk to them, suck up a little, etc. Sucking up in college is NOT a bad thing! It makes you look much more sociable and mature and they're more likely to be easier on you when grading.
The first week is always a little nerve-wracking, but just stick it out and you'll fit right in. You'll be fine!!! Good uck!!!!

It depends on what kind of college you go to .. I found that community college mirrored high school; but the university did not. I was a little anxious on my first day...but I got over that real quick. As far as being more strict...it varies....some want you in class every day and others only care if you get the work turned in. I had one professor that obviously did not like me....but that was the last semester of college...so all in all that experience was pretty good.

Hey..its the best time of one's life man!
To me, university's life equals :
1) Mental stimulation (for once, u study what YOU want to learn).
2) Real friendships.
3) Freedom.
4) The air smells sweeter and fresher somehow..smells like.. untainted H.O.P.E.S and D.R.E.A.M.S
