You will definately grow taller! I used to freak out about my shortness 'cause I thought I was under-developed or something! It turns out it's because of my origins and just 'cause I'm that way! And guess what? It turns out that usually the short ones grow up to be quite tall and the ones who grew up right away stay the same size! An example: my mother grew up very fast and she's been about the same size as she was at twelve! I am a year older and am pretty much shorter than the average, but I have about seven years to grow (meaning until I'm 19/20 years old)!! You just have to make sure to eat well to your hungry with good, healthy food (make sure to have lots of calcium and all the rest) and to excerise well every week! Wishing you a great growth! ;)

Lexis, don't worry about your size, quality goods arrive in small parcels: read the following and you too might be 'Queen':
The Wren, the Wren, King of All Birds.
The Crested Wren, our smallest bird,
An old man told me, and it might seem absurd,
That it became the King of All Birds,
And this is how. These are his words.
Soon after God created them,
A meeting was called by a scrawny old hen,
To elect as King, one of their kind,
No rules were set, or yet defined.
Some of the fowl of smaller wing,
Knew that they would not be king,
When a decision by the majority,
That flight was what the test would be.
‘’Distance?’ asked the Albatross,
‘No, no, no’ cried the Owl, the boss,
‘ Height - then we will have to fly,
High, high, high, into the sky’.
The hen jumped off a fallen tree,
It’ll never do, it was plain to see,
That her leap of about four feet,
Would not the record ever beat.
The goose took up the challenge, bold,
Tried to take off, but rolled and rolled,
Until she splashed down in the lake,
The old hen cackled ‘ For Heaven’s sake’.
The blackbird and the mistle thrush,
Flew off and with a hurried rush,
They reached quite high, but would not win,
For the Eagle watched with a sly grin.
When most had tried their level best,
To get much higher than the rest,
The swallow on it’s screaming wing,
Was first so far: he might be King.
It was then that the Eagle made his bid,
But did not notice where the shrewd Wren hid,
And as he soared among the clouds,
Was watched from below by the feathered crowds.
The Eagle reached a mighty height,
Then screamed out loud with wild delight,
‘I am the King, it’s plain to see,
No one on earth will outdo me’.
Then from his feathers, flew the Wren,
And climbed twelve feet and only then,
‘ You are beaten Eagle’ he was heard to sing,
Came back to Earth, and was crowned King.
The moral of this story then:
The Great Bald Eagle, or scrawny Hen,
Is no better than the Wren or Tit,
It’s not your size - it’s what you do with it.

Good luck and God Bless................

depends on how old you are. I dont think there is any other way to promote growth than by eating healthy. I heard that strenuous weight lifting can stunt growth in some people....oh and caffeine.
So milk, calcium, water, vitamins, healthy exercise, and also dont think too much about it I doubt the stress helps! PS how short are we talking?

honesty, bones have a lot to do with it so take in plenty of calcium (maybe in vitamin form or through healthy foods)...i would not worry too much because technology in the medical field is improving so fast that they are bound to come up with something to let people choose their height within a few years (but that might cost some serious money)....dont fret, cuz some of the cutest people i know are shorties ;) good luck

all these people have the idea. proper diet and exercise.
for emotional, intelectual and spiritual growth, strive to
learn something new every day, do your best at all you
try, and give love. i know it sounds hokey, but keep it
up and you will stand tall no matter what the tape measure says.

If you are already 70+ -- sorry, no way.
If you are a bit younger -- patience :-)
BTW, sports make people grow slower, do not try it, except for gymnastycs
