Absolutely. The smoke will eventually drift over to the Non-smoking section. And not only is that unfair to the non-smoking customers, but to the staff at a restaurant who have to work for how many hours, breathing in smoke from the smoking section.
That is why lots of restaurants have a no smoking policy now. In my state it is a law that you have to go outside if you want to smoke in a bar or restaurant.

I have agree with you 100%, unless it's completely away from everybody else, your still affected. Like Applebees, the bar and a few tables are smoking but all the other tables surronding are non-smoking there's not glass or curtains up it's all still open. Oh well I think this will be a on going battle for a long time.

Oh, I love this question. It's so true. You can't have a smoking section because smoke pollutes the whole place just like pee pollutes a pool. They have banned smoking in all public places in my county. Hooray!

no human being might want to be able to smoke everywhere in public! i am going to't believe that some thing it truly is shown to reason or influence exceedingly a lot each ailment continues to be allowed. i imagine you need to ought to bypass 25 ft from even in simple terms the entrances to public places in case you pick to smoke. that is actual tremendous once you pop out of an section and as a substitute of sparkling air, you get a huge whiff of smoke. those who smoke should be inconvenienced to the point the position they provide up, it really is what they pick to do besides. All it does is fee them money, the whiteness of their tooth, and their wellness. in case you disagree, provide me one income of smoking. There are none!

i think they should make a peeing section, and an all smoking restaurant and an all children's flt and an all strange people bar, if we could designate areas to specific traits, i think we would all be happier, and then at least we know before we enter.

Yes! You might as well light up your own cigarette.
If everybody had a chance to watch a parent die of lung cancer, they'd never go near a place that allows smoking!
