Preferably down south or west coast...yacht club/marinas, something a little more high end. I'm currently working at an upscale yacht club in the northeast but it is not a year round property.

Yes - just try something simple like Monster or Career Builder. Monster lets you specify areas around the country right off the bat when you start your search.

I work in the commercial dock business for marinas, and I very often see job postings in the industry's media magazines/newspapers. What you need to do is check out:

Trade & Only Today, a marina industry magazine

http://www.tradeonlytoday.com/ME2/dirmod.asp?sid=2BF02A84DDEB497EBFA74830716D1B58&nm=Classifieds&type=spotlight&mod=Classifieds&mid=963CD8888A5A4AD19F50024A6F976102&tier=1

or go to Boating Industry, another magazine in the marina industry

http://www.boating-industry.com/classifieds/

You can also look in Marina Dock Age, a leading magazine for marinas, but you need to subscribe to it to see the classifieds...

Hope that helps,

Anthony
