Do you really think that deer cross at the yellow signs? Have you ever seen a single deer cross at the yellow sign? If you did, did you take a photo to prove this?
The truth is, you cannot prove the premise in your question, so your question is without a basis, and should not be asked at all.

You didn't know? The signs are mass produced by an organization called The disabled organization for deer rites. Trust me the deers that don't know are the ones making the signs

After years of scientific study costing in excess of 3.4 million dollars,the powers that be have determined that deer are not color blind.In much the same way a bull is attracted to the color red,deer are attracted to the color yellow.After further study,they also decided to spray deer urine on each sign.

The sign is for us, stupid. If there are deer in the forest, we need to watch out for them. I have seen the damage they can do to a car when they are hit. Its not pretty and what a mess.

That was my job when I was a teen.
I was paid to watch where the deer live, hang out and what bars they go to. The sings are by their schools, and bars. They get killed most often by those areas for 1 of 2 reasons. They are either young and unaware or drunk and stumbling.

Look on the back of the sign. The deer sees the words, "free food" and an arrow pointing to what's left of my veggie garden.
