I'm very very sad... The day after tomorrow is my birthday....And my boyfriend didn't remembered it, I told him about it. We talked tonight on the phone and he told me that he won't call me on my birthday because he will be busy with a stupid party.. He won't do even that.. To call me on my birthday..
I knew when his birthday was and three days before I started wishing him "Happy Birthday" and I got him a great present.. I even called him on his birthday at 6 a.m. to be the first who wishes him all the best .... Why is he doing this to me?

Well, the bottom line is that he isn't concerned about your feelings.
Even if he were surprising you, it's mean spirited to make you think he can't call. That's controlling.
So I would strongly suggest being sad for the rest of the day but then tell yourself that you deserve much better than that.
Remember, you decide how people are going to treat you. YOU DECIDE THAT. How do you decide? By either allowing it or not allowing it. So don't allow people to treat you with no regard towards your feelings. We all deserve more than that and if we demanded it, it would be a better world. So let it start with you. Lead yourself girl. Be strong and demand more.

Drop the jackass. If he can't even take the time for a phone call to wish his girl Happy Birthday. There is somebody better out there for you. Someone who doesn't have to be reminded. Dump him and move forward. It may break you heart right know, but better to be the dumper then to be the one dumped. Which sounds like it isn't to far off. If a party is more important than you. Hey-why aren't you gonna be at this party with him? that should be the question of the day!

Okay first of all guys could care less about birthdays. He might also have a surprise party planned and just be misleading you. If all else don't dwell on it. Always count on the wishes from family and friends before guys cause birthdays hardly ever mean anything to them. Even if he doesn't call or spend time with you on your birthday treat yourself. It's YOUR day.

I wouldn't worry just yet as your birthday isn't even here but if you still haven't heard from him the day after then i would ring him to find out why.If he says it's because he had a stupid party then I would no longer be going out with him as his friends or whoevers party it was semms more important than you & you deserve better than that.

To me this is a sign that he doesn't care and won't make the effort to atleast call you to wish a happy birthday, dump him and find someone who would care for you.

Maybe he'll surprise you. My husband didn't do anything for our anniversary or Mother's Day, imagine how I felt. I wanted to give him a taste of "being too tired" was. But it made me happier to do something for him on his b/d and Father's Day on the same month. Men sometimes don't remember, or are too busy. If he can't do something for you himself, see if you can go out with some friends on his tap.

I do not know why...but there are some guys that think that their girlfriends can take anyting of them...just like what he will do...just because you love him, you do not have to take it...you should be unhappy with him, but on your birthday, try to remember YOU ARE SPECIAL k? :*

theres two reasons possible for this. one hes trying to act like he doesnt care then, when you wake up you'll walk into his suprise party for you...but dont get your hopes up for that....or hes tired of you and just doesnt care anymore. which in that case give your relationship a break, or break up. for you dont need anyone whos gonna make you feel bad on your own birthday.
