it depends wut they look like! i'd start out with a small, cute boutique liek store, become popular and then spread out from there

No. In order to sell to a chain like Macy's you'll need to have a factory and the means to distribute the goods. You'll need to start small, your own boutique or other small boutiques. If you go to school for this skill, they'll teach you how to get started.
