Yes England won the 1966 World Cup at Wembley on July 30th against Germany. After full time the score was 2-2 with Hurst and Peters scoring for England and Haller and Weber scoring for Germany. But Hurst completed the first and only hat-trick in a World Cup final to win England their only World Cup 4-2.The world cup wasn't shown in colour, it has since been digitally remastered and made into colour, this is the footage that you regularly see now.
