Not really all he wanted was a son and if he couldn't get one he either divorced the wife at that time or killed her. He was a difficult man to live with but one woman did out wit him and managed to survive him and that was Anne of Cleves of Germany

Hey helped create the method we now call divorce...why not....I mean I understand back then you couldnt divorce so he had his own way of divorcing his wives, but look at how far we have come with this concept. There are no more heads on the floor, and you get to keep half of everything!

No. He might have been a good king, but he was a pretty crappy husband. If I had to be one of his wives, I think I'd choose to be either Anne of Cleves or Catherine Parr though, since they both outlived him.

No way. All of his wives ended up with their heads chopped off. Well, one of them just died, but that isn't the point. If he wanted a new wife, OFF goes your head. He was unfaithful. No thank you. I'll find another husband.

Well considering I am already pretty short and I actually like my head, no I dont think. I would like to live back at that time for the experience though I think.

Henry the VIII is my great, great, great, great, great uncle. He married my Great............aunt Lady Jane Seymor. The only woman who bore him a son. Doesn't mean I like the guys actions tho....

I'd have been ok because I can produce male children. He wouldn't have liked me though because I'm buxom. He liked ladies with 'little duckies'.
