I moved to CA, to be a mother to my son, but my husband and I have had a terrible time getting along. I have no friends or family .He is all I have in that department, yet he tossed me out, and refuses to give me any money at all. Not to mention he threatens anyone who helps me.
What do you think?

I saw the pics on your 360 page (nice boobs) and I don't think you need to take money from your husband and the son he's raising.
It looks like you are the type of girl who thrives on the street.
Just turn a few tricks.Then get on a bus or plane and move to another city to sell your wares so you don't cause problems for your son.
Send him gifts for Christmas and birthdays but stay out of his life.

I think you need to find an attorney. You have rights and he can not just throw you out of the house and force you to live on the street. He can not make a threats to other people either, that is against the law. Document every thing, file police reports and get yourself an attorney.

UH, NO. It is NOT okay for that self-righteous, and most likely, self-loathing MAN to leave you in the streets with nothing. Go to a shelter or your local YWCA and talk to a counselor and let them know your situation. They will get DHS involved especially if your son is in danger. You need to be strong, pray, and get some help from someone that is involved in the child protective services and get protection for yourself as well. I will pray for you.

Why do you need us to tell you what we think? Surely you are smart enough to work out (if this is true) that you need to get yourself into a refuge of some kind, start getting yourself sorted, start filing for divorce and custody of your son.

if he won't give it to you voluntarily the take it involuntarily, don't let him get away with providing for you, if he never wanted to be a supporter then he should have never gotten married. be strong, find a job, a place to live and tell yo ppl don't be punks and lose out on blessings because of the devil, God helps those you help themselves (remember)
