did you come back from medical leave, and then quit? because that's something that i think i will be doing as well. just got back from maternity then medical disability leave and got back to work may 15th. now my family suddenly has to move by august, as my husband found a good offer out of state. was going to try to get a transfer, because my company has it's headquarters in the place where we're moving, but i don't feel too confident about the request because i just got back.

can you let me know what you come up with on this? i'm curious, too.

You are asking the wrong person. Go to your employer or to your local Job Service. You did not mention the reason for quiting. Your former employer will be the best to answer your question abut references.

Depends on why you "had" to quit. Was it a medical reason? Was your job no longer available? Not enough info. LOL back to ya!

probably not. how long were you there? couple years, then maybe. shorter time, doubt it. also why did you quit? legitimate reason or personal?
