well you two might come from different back rounds, but that can happen with any one, even from the same race. Another thing is if you ever have kids, I know its not vary political correct (nothing true ever is) but I always envisioned my kids looking like me, with a mixed race relationship that probably wont happen. Its not a big deal, just something to think about.
over all race doesn't play to much of a role, but it will add a speed bump or two along the way, and may attract some looks from people, but hey ask yourself this, do you love her and want to be with her? if that's a yes then ****** ay man go for it! nothing is better then the love of a good woman in my book!
if you said no, well then you know what that means.

Now into the real world we must travel, yes it matters, should it? No, but it does. Our younger people will be our saving grace, race is strating to mean very little to them over the past years. We have many more Black men who date White women than vis a versa. But many of my daughters dates have been White males lately. Times change, slowly but they do change.

Honestly i don't think that there is a difference between races and dating. Now there may be issues with religion and family preferences. Dating different races may offend family members and how the see you to together, but in my eyes that really doesn't matter as long as you care for the person that you are with and your happy with each other nothing else really matters.

Love and respect is all that should matter in a relationship. No, it is not weird for a black to date or marry a white.

Not at all. In fact I'm engaged to a Mexican. That's my preference and everyone else has a preference too. Too bad to anyone who thinks it's wrong. As long as the two are happy that's all that matters, marriage is about being with the one u love no matter who it may be.
Good luck to the both of you.

To some it may, but it shouldn't. Everyone has their own preference though. I am a white/hispanic female who is with a black man, I have three biracial children and they are wonderful. Personality is or shall I say be the key.

Not at all. I'm white and I'm married to a Puerto Rican. I've dated black men before and nobody in my family saw any issue with it. It really depends on the openness of the city you live in and the politial and social views of yourself and your family. There's nothing weird about it.

Surely! Especially among the people of the same race. Who says "no" simply ignores the evidence.
It does not mater what race you belong to: in any case, you always will divide people into two parts: "ours" and "others" if not to say worth.
Women and men are also two races that are unable to understand each other for centuries! :-)

that way is rare for sure usually it is black guys going out with white girls that white guys won't date, Unless the black guy is an athlete or actor then they get the cream of the crop for white women.
I know some will say it is racist, but I speak the truth.
