take a snack with you to curb the action before lunch. Try one of those 100 calorie packs from Nabisco. Mmmm.

I have had that problem for years.
The only thing that helps me is to eat a cracker or a piece of bread.

EAT.
The sound is just gas/air in your empty stomach. I'm so childish that I still laugh at rumbly bellies.
You must need to snack so you should have some fruit or cereal bars handy.

Do you eat breakfast? You have to have something in your stomach, or it will make noises. Maybe you should bring a mid-morning snack with you.
