none of us can call immigration racist because as stated many time we are all immigrants but the majority of us got in legally. The crisis is brought by the illegals. The only people who would call it racist are the illegals, the majority of whom happen to be hispanic. It's not fair that an italian with manners actually waits on the list for 10 years while a mexican can just walk across the border.

Yes it is racism. And also it is a means of diversion by the ruling political party to draw attention away from the messes they have created since mid term elections are coming up. This contrived crisis is supossed to be about illegal immigrants. Instead it has turned into a HATE THE MEXICANS sort of thing. Ilegal immigrants come from all over the world and yes, they are able to enter through Canada as well......... Why no National Gaurds on the Canadian Border as well? Its racism my friend.

Only the Indians were not immigrants? Many people's decendants were not immigrants to the United States. Here is a partial list. People of the various Indian nations, people living in the 13 colonies at the time of the Revolution. People woh were living in Louisiana at the time of the Louisiana purchase. Texans (white and Mexican), when Texas joined the Union, as well as western territories aquired in the war with Mexico. People born in the Confederate States of America when the former Confederate states rejoined (were coerced) back into the Union. I could go on, but you get the point.

The point is, if you make rules you have to enforce them. The problem is the people at the top want to make rules and only enforce rules that benefit themselves.

Not me, and what crisis?
There is no crisis, just NO enforcement of the laws to punish employers who hire illegal aliens.
NO enforcement of the laws that punish illegal entry into our country.
Go ahead, try to enter another country as an American and see what happens.
Our government has failed us, but more than that, it doesn't really even want to succeed. The politicians are in the hands of big business and they like making huge profits on the backs of illegals.
Racism has nothing, to do with it, nothing.

They aren't even trying to disguise it. The way I see it, a group of Mexican radicals called La Raza/The Race have declared a race war on America. They claim America stole their land ignoring all of the other things that happened in history. They claim this land is rightfully theirs. They intend to move about the South West USA as they please and do not have any respect for US laws. They hate Americans, especially white people. And they use mass illegal immigration to get the numbers they need to meet their goals. When Americans of any color stand up to them, they make racist propoganda against us and turn it around to blame Americans. They are already here in numbers too many to control. If Mexico is not annexed and brought under control soon, they will reconquista the South West and enslave, deport, or exterminate everyone who they don't like. Namely loyal Americans, especially whites. If you don't believe it, you are well off and hiding in your castle some where, living in the North or East, or you are a racist or American hater yourself. Any one in the South West and California knows I'm right.

Immigration crisis is a thorn in our economical side. It hurts our economy. Racism would be there even if there were no immigrants. But if you think about it, our country was founded on immigration.

Illegal = Bad!!!
Legal = Great!!!
Laws are made for our own protection, especially considering the way the world is changing in light of current events. Immigrants and (everyone else) should show that they truly care about this country by following the laws here. Do it right or not at all... this shows R~E~S~P~E~C~T! Take care.

it is not racism becuase it is not talking about foreigners in general, just people who do not come in this country the legal way. I think the only reason it seems racist is because the majority of them are mexican. And keeps this in mind, the mexican constitution prohibits illegal immigration

It is a problem that can mutate into that. Right now its ecomomic. Most people who are here illegally drive illegally. Both my mom and sister have come out of pocket for thousands due to illegal drivers. I work with a lot of migrating people and they use America's assistance programs more than American's do. I love all people and I believe we should help those who help themselves. People are always going to judge other races. The drain on the resources is just another reason to focus on them as yet another people to discriminate against. Sad... but welcome to America.

It is, but not for the reason you think. The mestizos are only coming here to drive out the White man. That's racism on their part.
