I have been getting many ims saying that if I don't contact yahoo they will cancel all my accounts and I will have to pay 10.00 dollers a month to get them back is this true or a scam?

SCAM!!! Yahoo messenger (except computer to phone calls) is absolutely free, and so is just having a Yahoo account (It's free, or else messenger wouldn't be free)

If the youngster is being bodily harm then it is proper which you call the police so as that they are in a position to get rid of the youngster asap.
