I have been getting many ims saying that if I don't contact yahoo they will cancel all my accounts and I will have to pay 10.00 dollers a month to get them back is this true or a scam?

SCAM!!! Yahoo messenger (except computer to phone calls) is absolutely free, and so is just having a Yahoo account (It's free, or else messenger wouldn't be free)
