Soap scum is REALLY hard to get rid of.

First you have to go to the courthouse and file eviction papers. Then you have to send a certified letter, then wait for a response, then ask for a hearing at the magistrates office, then have the sherrif's office present during the eviction. It's a lot of work.

10 years of no longer washing a bathtub? I used to coach properties. One bathtub became into so filthy, I used oven air purifier on the tile and bathtub. worked like a charm. No scrubbing after 2 hours in simple terms rinsed the tile and bathtub sparkling. circulate over the bathtub with a splash TSP or ZUD to get rid of any residue.

This sounds dumb but works. Cheap oven cleaner. Hold your nose and spray it on and run. Ten minutes later you will see a pool of gray scum below where the ring was. Of coarse if this violates any package lableing don't do it. wink wink.

Get her the Mr. Clean magic eraser sponge. There is absolutely NOTHING like it. It really is like magic.

The first time she uses it, she'll have to add a little elbow grease. But if she cleans the tub regularly after that, it'll be much easier.

Try Bar Keeper's Friend. It's pretty abrasive, so test it on a corner first, but it gets rid of everything. It's really inexpensive too ($1.50 about). I use it on my bathtub, those nasty scratches on my kitchen sink and on my copper-bottomed pots. But whatever you use, make sure you rinse the tub really well before you wash clothes.
