Just a side note before an answer: Clip and save your question as a keepsake for later in life, or maybe you already have an album or scrapbook or diary that it can be enclosed in, because your classification of this as a serious problem will be interesting for to hold up as a comparison to life when you're 35 or 45 (for example). Anyway, back to the Q&A, there's no easy way of doing it. Just confide in your friend what's going on and do it quickly before she discovers on her own and labels you a sneaky two-timer, then never wants to ever talk to you again. How close are you and Katrina? Before you go out with this guy, remember, guys will come and go, but friends are forever. Is possibly ruining a good friend worth a guy? I think you need to really think about it before you jump into anything. Your friend will feel hurt & betrayed.
