Yes you can. Depending on who's your cellphone carrier you can save that picture to your hard drive. Then try sending your self an e-mail to your cell phone's e-mail that you acquired when you first opened your account. For example Sprint. During the proses of sending your e-mail to your phone you will write something and then attach an attachment to the same E-mail. Go to your phone and read the mail, select options on your cellphone and save the picture you are seeing. Then take that picture and select where you want it to be. You can use it as a theme, or when people call you that same picture will appear and you will have it with you where ever you go.

Second option. If you have a state of the art phone with enough pixels, blow your image on your computer hopefully you have a LCD< LED monitor and then take a picture of the picture on your screen then save it and use it like you please. Good luck.

download it to your computer, then there is 3 ways:
1. VIA infrared
2. VIA bluetooth (recommended)
3. VIA cable USB

Good Luck.
