I just started working out and I am looking for a good suppliment to use, such as creatine, soy or whey protiens? any answers would be appreciated

depend on regular excercise to make muscles not supplements

Creatine has been proven clinically to cause no liver damage and is safe for all users as long as you keep properly hydrated. Creatine helps speed muscle recovery for strength, size and power, but will not help endurance athletes.

Protiens will make you FAT if you take too much
