The Champion was one of the Elders of the Universe. He held the Infinity Gem of Power. He was one of the most powerful beings in the universe.
However, the Beyonder was the Supreme Being of an alternate universe. He was powerful enough to create his own universe, The Beyonder vs. anyone is a mismatch.
The Beyonder would only have to think the Champion out of existence.

Beyonder. Please, Francisc, stop pitting embodiments of the Marvel Universe against puny beings. Champion is merely a strong dude who knows martial arts while Beyonder is the God of an alternate reality.
