It's doubtful. All home urine pregnancy tests detect the presence of HcG hormone in your body. This hormone is only produced after implantation occurs.
When you ovulate and the egg is fertilized, it has about a 7 day journey to the uterus. After that, it could take up to 7 days to actually implant in the uterus. Then, your body starts producing hcg. Depending on the person, you produce different levels. At 14 days past ovulation (dpo) some women have only 17 miu of hcg in their system and some have over 100 miu of hcg. That's why most tests won't work until the first day of your missed period. I've heard that First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test can detect 6.5 miu of hcg, which might allow you to test on day 10 and beyond, if implantation occured before day 14.
Unless the test you have measures something other than hcg, it is doubtful it would work that early.
Hope this helps.

It should work. If it doesn't you might not have enough hormones in your system yet for it to detect. If you really think you are pregnant and it comes back negative, wait 3 days and take another one. Your hormones increase every 3 days. Also you don't have to use the first pee of the morning, but it is best to at least hold it for about 4 or 5 hours so the hormones are stronger and it is easier to detect.

I think that the earliest you can tell is 2 weeks after conception so I would'nt mess with those. They could very well give you a false positive.
