As for "999" jealousy is a very bad thing. You say you don't care about football but you are reading our comments in the World Cup section, LOLOL! You DO care and you ARE jealous. What is NBA ? Yes I do. I haven't seen this game yet (will see it tonight) now I'm really excited. I love to watch games that I don't have a vested interest in - because I'm not nervous about the result. I watched Japan/Brazil, Ghana/USA. They're all looking quite good.
What a great sport this is.
I have to comment on Answers999 - what a typically boorish American attitude. Things they don't understand, can't do, or just plain don't like - has no value to them. No wonder they are so popular (sic) around the world.

as an american i couldnt give a hoot about the world cup or soccer. nobody i know cares anything about it (besides some recent immigrants) enough to even make it water cooler conversation. Where I come from the big story is the Miami Heat just won the NBA Championship in Six.
And football players wear pads!!! not tube socks!

This has already been a great world cup. Germany and Argentina have played great, the US is gone, Ghana and Trinidad have been fun to watch and Brazil is rolling along.
