For the record, I've heard of Roper, Brave Saint Saturn, and Five Iron Frenzy..I like 'em all, too. Just because I listed the more mainstream ones, doesn't mean I don't listen to the underground, as well. :)

well, out of your choices i'd definitely go first with op ivy
some others i really like are the toasters, bim skala bim (wow, i finally get to type that!), desmond dekker (RIP), and the slackers... that's my short list.
