i dont know who thinks it as the worlds best! but people of every country thinks brazil is the second best soccer team in the world. their own country being the first!

I just watched them play Japan, and while I'm not a soccer expert at all, they were just relentless in front of the goal. So much ball movement and a threat from any angle. I'd be surprised if anyone beats them in the World Cup.
