That's a hard question to answer. It really depends on the girl and the guy. Most all lasting relationships begin on a bond of trust. One is in a relationship to receive or benefit in some way weather they realize it or not. The thing to remember is to always try and put her feelings first, to put forth some kind of effort or attempt to make her happy in everything you do. Work on stifling your tongue when it comes to saying things in anger. Cruel or hurtful words once spoken can never be recalled and can do more damage than you can ever hope to attempt to repair. Often times we are most harsh with those closest to us because we expect so much from them. After all they should know how we will react to almost any given situation and we are let down when they do not respond the way we often would like them to. If both of you can follow these simple guidelines, keep the lines of communication open so you can talk about things that upset you in a non judgmental manner then you both should live happily ever after. Sounds great doesn't it? Unfortunately though this is not always the case, so you must prepare yourself. Sometimes no matter how hard you try things can still go down hill. But, if it does at least you will have the knowledge of knowing that you did your best.

A guy/boy can not make a girl happy. You can add to her happiness but you cannot make someone happy. Happiness is a personality trait in which some people just love to be miserable regardless of what someone does.

Girls like guys who have good style, good taste, have most of the same interests as them, and like children. I would know cuz that is exactly what I look for in a guy. Girls get happy when she sees that this guy is doing something good, or is an educated person who is the perfect guy to be happy with.

the thing is that each girl is different and basically we're all looking for something different. there's no "cure all" for girls... (sadly?)
if you're trying to please a particular girl then try different things and see which ones see likes the most. try to tell what makes her happy or ask her! just knowing that you really want to please her will make her happy!
if you're talking about girls in general, i like it when guys respect me and listen when i'm talking. i like guys that think of me as a person, just like they are, not just something to have sex with or to be their gf. i love guys as friends because they can be so fun and cool... just be a friend and you'll be fine.

when he's confident in himself, and shows interest in another girl, asks her out-- and takes her somewhere where she really wants to go, somewhere unusual and out of the ordinary, like a picnic, or a coffee shop, or a concert or a walk etc... be spontaneous, confident and just do your thang-- it's always atractive!!!
