within religions the are certain amounts of truths, not equal to the amount of things false, but these truths are the same within every religion, and what we should be focusing on. True/False, and why

we should be focusing on just being helpful, and polite and nice, and god fearing. just believe that thier is a higher force that surrounds us and we should not do any negative actions to cause him not to love you and you will be alright, i hope this is what you were looking for but your question is a little bit on the not completely understanding side.

This question made my head hurt....

This philosophy is mostly true. I don't want to say "all religions" though because I don't know about every religion there is. But I think the important things in most religions are:

1) There is a higher power
2) We're not in control
3) We should be nice to each other while we're here
4) If someone is sick or suffering, we are obligated to help in some way
5) We should use the gifts and talents we have to better ourselves and others

If all the tenets of all major religions of the world relating to how one should live life are distilled into a single philosophical idea, it comes out something pretty much like "the Golden Rule" (I don't mean "He who has the gold, makes the rules, " either), that is, treating our neighbor as we would be treated. True. But the undying truth here is that, you cannot question the mystery of it all, as you yourself is a part of that mystery. Should you be intrigued with the truth, you might just have to let things be.. Soon enough, you will be able to find out the reason for all the things..

I think the greatest strength of religion is to have the connection with the Divine.

Just to know, not to judge, cause some falses are dangerous to your life and well being.

the Bible doesn't speak false but ONLY truth. my view on religion, for example, isn't based on what religion you are, but your RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ.
