25 HR, and still June, will he hit to 37 by mid-August to get back to the playoffs?

Pujols is actually in the lineup for tonight's game against the White Sox. It is a much needed boost for the team; however, the problem hasn't necessarily been their offense, it's been the pitching. Mulder went on the DL with a shoulder strain to make room for Pujols. They have a good staff, it just seems that they've all hit a funk at the same time.
Watch Reyes tonight. He's definitely going to be in the rotation next season, and he has pitched very well in his 3 ML starts so far (he's only allowed 3 runs in 12 innings this season, and two of those were actually allowed by the reliever who came in after him, but he was responsible for the runners).

The Cardinals will win that division with or without Pujols. The Cardinals wont be able to beat the Mets in the playoffs though.

I'm not even a Cardinals fan but I'm excited for him to be back because I thought this would end up being a record breaking year for him so hopefully he can just pick up where he left off.

Too bad he didn't come back in time to be with the rest of his team when they came to Chicago to get their asses kicked by the White Sox...

I think it is up to him. If I were the manager, I would either DH him or put him in for 3 innings.
