A. I am not scared, because I have done so.
B. I will give you proof. The skeleton named "Lucy". Look it up.
C. Don't tell me proof is in the Bible. Although some people were real, it is not a history book.

Jessica B..I don't mean to call you out, but what you said means that babies don't qualify as humans.

Yeah , maybe we should tell then to read something else, anything else.
"How do I know, the Bible tells me so." It has nice stories and its ok to believe whatever you do. I wish people would be more open to finding out what is really true and what isn't. Would you believe every word of the "Weekly World News"? "The New York Times.?Nazis?
Any one source?

People with no answers will always avoid thinking by saying, "Go ask Dad." (God). That's not an answer. They just want 2 points.
I read the Bible. It doesn't have all the answers. If all the answers were in the Bible, there would be no need for Yahoo answers. I personally think somebody edited it and ripped out a few pages here and there. I believe that Jesus existed and must have been pretty cool or the entire world would not call this year 2006 (referenced from Jesus's birthday).
And I think that the possibility of everything happening from nothing, eggs stumbling around bumping into chickens, arguing who was first and amoebas learning to swing from trees and grow hair is all about as likely as the Bible being printed by an explosion in an ink factory, but that's just my opinion, I don't harass people in airports about it.
But I also think the Universe was not all created 6,000 years ago. My bet is that the infinite Universe is infinitely old, not 6,000 years old, but that's just my opinion too. Let's compromise and say it has been here for just half of infinity. I could accept that. Then we could stop arguing about unprovable stuff and have some dessert.
My theory of evolution is not in the Bible, and yet it does not contradict the Bible...
First, there were some amoebas. Deviant amoebas adapted better to the environment, thus becoming monkeys. This theory has a few holes in it that are best left unanswered.

Well since evolution is only a theory, I guess your going to get the bible answers. You have to admite it has never been proven everything they use to prove it with has been proven false. The reason i say this is because i saw a show about it the other day.

My argument against evolution isn't Biblical- it's common sense.
This world had to have been created by "Intellegent Design." There's no way for happenstance to have created such interdependant life forces.
It's like a tornado going through a junk yard and assembling a 747. It's ridiculous!

Yes I do get tired of that occasionally and I happen to be a Christian. I mean, I read the Bible but whenever you finish something and ask someone "What should I do?"and they sarcastically reply "read the bible" it gets annoying.

Some of us are fed up with people asking questions that they havent' even attempted to answer themeselves. A lot of people could find out the answers to their questions on their own if they would try doing a little research first. Other people are fed up with questions like this one too.

Hey, I believe in Evolution too! Yay for you!
(And I agree: referring people to a book that is known to be censored and written by men -- who are not infallible -- wouldn't pass the logic test at any level.)

There are only two problems with evolution. Statistics and Thermodynamics. Both are REAL laws of nature, and both refute Evolution as promoted by evolutionists.

i dont understand how people have such blind faith in things being created the way they ar by God.... please people use your judgement. we have evidence of evolution but the whole concept of God doing everything is a story written in the bible. I mean evolution is a fact of life.
dont be so blind that you ignore eveything else in life. use your sense too. have faith in God, im not asking anyone to give it up but again like i said use your own sense and judgement.
