Obviously this question is not for bush supporters, but feel free to vent anger to me for even posing the question. (let me guess, I hate America?) No, but this is a serious question. For those people who believe the election was stolen (twice), that the administration has committed numerous war crimes, has deliberately misled the Congress into invading Iraq, and has outed a CIA NOC, i'm sure the reaction is nothing less than pure outrage. But does it make you want to take revenge? How? Why?

"Civil Disobedience" is one of the best things our founding fathers ever came up with... if enough like-minded people get together to stage a protest in a peaceful manner, it can shape policy. How brilliant was that?

I feel this is one of our fundamental freedoms as Americans, and when the day comes that these sorts of people are hauled away as 'dissidents' or 'enemy combatants' and thrown in jail with no trial for life, that is the day America has failed as a Democracy. In China they just run over you with a tank.

No.

That's illogical.

Though I didn't vote for this administration and I don't agree with many of its policies, doesn't mean I don't need to still respect its policies.

In the next presidential election, let's say the person you voted for won, but everyone else decided they didn't like his/her policies, so they went against them and committed illegal acts. Most likely you would think that's ridiculous, wouldn't you?

The people voted for this dude. Their voice was heard. The reason why America works so well is because after 8 years, at most, this guy is GONE! And hopefully, we do a better job next time. It is NOT right, however, to take the law into our own hands in illegal and unfair ways.

We must be sensible in everything we do.

Only someone that believes in mob mentality would believe that. It does not make sense to break the law for any reason, let alone getting all worked up over Bush. Take a big deep breath and know that Bush will be gone soon and then another idiot, Republican or Democrat will mess more stuff up.

I don't want to break the law just yet, but I feel its inevitable. My main concern is the destruction of my personal liberties. They have no right to listen to any body's phone calls or monitor internet usage or look at what people are checking out from their local libraries. Also, no right to "sneak and peek" in your home without a warrant. I fear that I will have no choice but civil disobedience. I will probably have to start al phone calls and e-mails with "Did you know that all federal agents fellate each other?" and listen for the click.

While we're on the subject let's not forget spying on Americans, Katrina atrocities, immigration amnesty, GOP corruption, cuts to VA & Medicare, tax breaks for the rich, insecure borders, failure to get Bin Laden, outsourcing jobs to other countries, emminent domain and now cops being able to walk into our homes without a search warrent!!!!!!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I plan on getting revenge with my vote & I'm going to start in Nov by going to the polls! Want to join me?

No, why would breaking the laws of society make your disappointment with the War in Iraq better?

yes, it makes me want to do a lot of things, but the best thing to do is to fight legally against them, not break any laws.
For instance, post a question like
"how could anybody think that the elections weren't rigged"
and then 50 references showing the info on how it was.
Take that page and print it out and hand it out to everybody.
There are all sorts of legal ways to fight the evil republcian fascist
takeover of our country. Doing anything illegal only plays into their
hands.
