Try some customizing or conversion shops. A lot of our mail carriers have this done. I have no idea of the cost.

I can tell you this, in no uncertain terms: the money you will spend to convert your Honda Element to right-hand drive will be significantly more expensive -- painfully so -- than selling your left-hand version and buying a right-hand version of the same vintage.

I assume you're relocating, so this should be a valid solution for you, especially since there are crash test, emissions and other considerations to be dealt with when bringing a car from one region to another.

Having said all that: custom shops abound, and a project like that usually means deep pockets for the person who wants it -- so most custom shops will take on the work. Look for one that has done this type of thing before (you won't find many); perhaps a high-end rodding place like Barris Kustom Kars in North Hollywood, CA?

You cant switch a driver to the right side of the car. The Department of Transportation has rules on where the driver sits in public cars, even what instruments, lights, seats...
Unless your disabled it might be an exception.
