I already bought a domain name at godaddy.com, but now what? How do i actually "make" it?

Yes, like the previous post said, you need a place to put your Web pages. What you paid for is the registration of the name (the www.whatever.com part) so that nobody else can use it.

But you also need to have Web pages built or build them yourself. There are a lot of people and companies out there willing to do this for you.

If you want to create your own, the easiest method is to use a click-and-drag type Web page creating software. DreamWeaver and Frontpage are expensive examples. Maybe someone can recommend a cheaper example.

Another method to creating your own pages is by learning and using basic HTML language. Honestly, I feel the best way to learn basic HTML is by taking a night class then applying what you learn and learn more on the way. However, based on your question, it would be better to us a click-and-drag Web page creater software or to pay someone else to do it for you.

u need to buy web host plan who gives u plat form for your web site with buliding space , i suggest u to go with win2003 web host plan,the site space requires depends your creativity and content,u may seek help of any one near to your location for more help.just type in google search: webhost service .........(yours place)

for example u may check if u r in india www.nettigritty.com

dont go for linux host choose win2003 host
