its just a sore.
sometimes this happens when you pop the zit too low. The way to avoid this is to only go for the huge whiteheads.
anyway, dont wear makeup over it, because it will be easily irritated. Put vaseline and only a small bit of zit cream on it every once in awhile. Zit cream first, then vaseline.
It sounds like a slow process but it will go away and mosturize your skin at the same time.

Dont ever pop a pimple!! The bacteria on ur nails and fingers cause the pimple to last up to 7 days longer EVERYTIME you pick at them!! Usa cleanser/toner/repair lotion system (like ProActiv or Acne-Free) and follow the instructions. It will clear it up and keep new one from forming!! Also try the Lorel ance peel system once or twice a keep to clear up break outs!! Hope I helped!!

This happens to me a lot well i use what i usually use for my acne i use Biore it helps the pimples bust and then the bump goes down

leave it alone, it will go away. you actaully are to leave pimples alone and they will go away faster, cuz when you pop them, even though it's hard not to pop them, the dirt from your hands gets into them and causes them to get infected and makes them last longer. So leave them alone if you can and they will go away!

keep washing your face in the morning and before you go to bed and try not to touch it. messing with it is only going to make it red and irritated and could cause scarring.
