Haha. Awesome question.

I like Peta just cuz their advertising cracks me up, but I don't support them. I don't people should intentionally harm animals, but they were put on this earth for the benefit of humans, so the animal activists need to just chill.

I have no feeling one way or the other about PETA but they do fight for the ethical treatment of animals. Animals can already defend themselves but we're the ones with the guns. And yes, most have claws and fangs except this doesn't help lab dogs & rabbits that are being experimented on. Animals weren't put on this earth to benefit man. It's not as if man shows up and so God creates animals for us. They were here first. PETA can get extremist about how we should all be vegetarians and wear/use non-leather items. But as far as showing mercy and compassion toward our fellow animals, there's nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong with us showing it to the human animal either.

They're crazy, And all they do is advertise their opinions. They don't really do a whole lot of anything except attract young people to join them and bash on others. While cows, chickens, pigs, and whatever else we eat die, they just stand around saying its bad.
This REALLY pissed me off- when Hurricane Katrina hit, they supposody went down to help out w/ another organization (ARNO-animal rescue new orleans) and took ALL THE CREDIT. I went down there twice, and they didn't do ****. ARNO was out there every hour every day trapping animals and PETA did absolutely nothing except advertise for more "donations"
I don't like peta. I never have, and I never will. They don't do anything good for the animals. There have been a number of abuse cases from them and I just don't trust them.
I went to one of their "conventions"- which was supposed to be about helping animals, IE learning better ways to trap/rescue them when other disasters strike, so I gave them a chance.
I sat for TWO DAYS listening why it's bad to eat meat, why you should be vegan, etc. etc. I wanted to die.

PETA has their hearts in the right place but not always their heads. They don't always have the brightest ideas about animal rights and their infringement.
Tree hugging nut jobs the lot of them.
