Neither is that good. But Guillen is the worse. He takes things to far, eventually his players are going to turn on him. There is not middle ground with Guillen and that is where I think his flaw is. Everything is good thus far but if the team were to struggle I'm almost positive his managerial style would cause more harm than good. Look at how things ended between him and his former player Magglio Ordoñez.

Ozzie has a ring, something Felipe doesn't have. I do know that Felipe Alou is respected around baseball as an excellent skipper. Unfortunately he managed the majority of his career in Montreal where they didn't have fans or money. I would say Felipe all things being equal is a better manager. Ozzie is dynamic but he doesn't know when to zip it.

I woudl have to say Guillen since he seems to be more agressive with hsi players and will set them straight really quickly if they don't do what he wants. I see him having a bright caoching career if can chill out a little bit with the media and his comments on things.

Guillen. Alou has no backbone, and can't make hard decisions well.
