Find a guy you kind of like, then start flirting. Which consists of the following - laugh at his jokes, then do light touches in off chance places, kind of like if you are walking intertwine your arms for a bit not long and don't hold his hand in the begining, you will learn as you get older how to flirt it takes a lot of messing up to get good. just be observent of what works and doesn't
Now, their are a few techniques that i can tell you about but that probaly won't work with another 13 year old cuz it takes a little practice. But I am going to tell you anyway. first of all slower is better then faster but playing is good, what i mean by playing is pushing your tongue against his a little and then let him come back this is while your mouths are locked but not fully engaged then it is just learning the motion of what he likes. everybody is different and if it feels too wierd its not all of your fault, it takes two to tango.

Just find a guy that likes u for you and u care about and peck on the cheek to start off,then work your way to a french kiss.Open your mouth slip the tongue in and do what feels right gurl!but make sure it's with the right guy.good luck

Sorry to break it to you but 13 is still a child.
And you don't go out and "have your first french kiss" like its something you can pick up at the mall...
Jesus, you're a kid, slow down, whats the damn rush? It will happen when it's meant to happen...You have another 60 years to try new things...spread them out...don't be in such a hurry.

you still have time..when you get into the middle of high school i would start worrying...but what do you think you should do...i personaly wouldnt rush things..but hey get hooked up with a guy..get to socialize..then hey here you are..you could get your first kiss there...Good Luck

1st kiss, then kiss again and liplock.slowly open mouth so toungue can go in.if it gets spitty ur doin it wrong dont open eyes then it gets awkward very good luck

jeez. go for it this girl in my class frenched a kid in school. it was her first time. it was hilarious. you could see their tongue popping out of their cheeks.
