I'm not sure what the official job title would be, but it'd be the creative "genius" coming up with the ideas, in either biotech or information technology. Look at Bill Gates! Just remember... for every one Bill Gates, there's thousands of Mr. Nobodys who come up with ideas that go nowhere!

Besides being a billionaire or a well-paid celebrity I think it's a brain surgeon. that's probably around $200,000 or higher. oh and the President gets $250,000.
