Try in increasing order of nastiness:
1. Hot water, soap, and an old toothbrush
2. Hairspray
3. Rubbing alcohol
4. "Goof Off" or "Oops". (I like to use this with Softsoap)
Don't use acetone. It is murder on skin and tissue.

Washing dishes really helps. Thats how I get my hands clean when Ive been working on my truck.

nail polish remover is the best bet if it is indelible marker

Got any babies-bottle sterilizer?
It's harsh but if you're careful, it dissolves the Ink.

try nailpolish remover or Acetone. Pretty strong stuff

the alcholic pad or even nail polish remover should work.

Use an alcohol pad. That will remove it.

soak your fingers in warm soapy water.
