I usually use Biotherm but in the hot weather I find it's not staying and covering enough.

Try Mary Kay's Full-Coverage Foundation

I use Mary Kay, but your just gonna need to try some different ones out. The same brands aren't going to work the same on everyone. But also you need to try starting with a good cleanser and a good moisturizer before you start with a powder or foundation, because that's where your dry skin starts from. But Mary kay is good, expensive but good and if you start with something for one skin condition and it doesn't work, they will take it back and give you a different one and keep working on it til they find out what works for your skin and you only have to pay for it once. I love mine and it took my, what I thought was dry skin, to oily skin, so I changed and now my skin is as healthy as can be. Good luck!!!

I have sensitive skin and was using Bare Minerals. Unfortunately, the Bismouth in it make my skin itch like crazy!!! I am currently looking for another makeup like it and came across everydayminerals.com that will send samples for free. The shipping is about 3.85. It does not have the bismouth. It is a dry mineral foundation (liquid melts). Hope this helps.

In my experience MAC has the best flawless foundation. They have several to choose from and their concealers work great too.
Since you say your skin is dry, make sure you're using a good moisturizer too.
Good luck :)

Bare Minerals or Southern Magnolia Minerals. Some people say Southern M. M. feels lighter than B.M. I have used both. I think they are about the same. Except SMM is a little cheaper. You can get both off ebay cheaper.

Find a tinted moisturiser with an spf (sun protection factor). It doesnt go all streaky and it doesnt build up in your face. Try boots natural collection titnted moisturiser. it works wonders on my skin in the summer as my skins sensitive and dry; it even works in the winter.

The new line out called Pure by Maybelline is very good and not harsh on the skin at all.

Very expensive (but i ask for testers!) Sisley is by far the best.
Giorgio Armani I've found good.
Sheisido tinted moisturiser I love in the summer.
